Therapeutic Massage: A customized session designed specifically for your goals, integrating a variety of bodywork styles and essential oils. Relaxing, therapeutic, and effective for trouble spots and issues.

Manual Lymph Drainage:  A massage that promotes the lymph system.  This light, rhythmical massage promotes relaxation and faster healing. Benefits include pain reduction, stimulates lymph flow, relaxes nervous system and promotes a healthy immune system.  

Private Yoga Instruction:  Learn the fundamentals of yoga or answer questions from your practice with one on one instruction.  Small groups including on site corporate settings can also benefit from this service!  All levels welcomed.  Props will be supplied.  

Pregnancy Massage:   Massage during pregnancy can ease discomfort and promote relaxation.  Performed laying on your side, the needs of the expected mother are taken care of!   The use of props and special techniques will be used to address the specific needs of the expectant mother.  

Castor Oil Pack:  A wonderful compliment to any Lymph drainage session or massage, a castor oil pack can promote circulation and relaxation.  A wool or cotton flannel is saturated in castor oil and typically placed on the abdomen or over the liver.  It can be placed anywhere on the body to promote healing.  You will be given instructions for use of this pack at home.  

Paraffin Treatment:  Paraffin gloves or booties are warmed and placed on hands or feet.  This is nourishing for the skin and the joints and provide lasting relief for arthritis and joint pain.  

Foot or Hand treatment:  A light scrub will be applied to hands or feet and use of warm towels to relax and soothe.  

Hot Basalt Stone or Himalayan salt stones:  Warm stones promote circulation and relaxation to the muscle tissue.  Aids in decreasing soreness and decreases muscle tension.
