Fridays 9:30-10:45 Beginning October 6!

Slow Mindful Movement to Promote Awareness, Active Rest and Flexibility

This all level class will benefit  beginners who wish to learn the fundamentals of yoga.  At the same time, it will serve more advanced students to deepen their understanding of alignment and breath.  It will enable students who have suffered an injury or who must accommodate a physical limitation to engage in a safe and rewarding practice.  This intentional practice will focus on connecting with ourselves so that we can utilize mindfulness techniques, the breath and movement to bring greater self awareness and ease in the body.  Props are encouraged to support physical limitations and a deeper level of relaxation.
